一人一鍋で味わう“すき焼き・しゃぶしゃぶ”を中心とした和食店です。
扱う肉は、特定の生産者から仕入れるA5ランクの神戸牛や黒毛和牛、鹿児島産黒豚。
すき焼きは濃厚な「蘭王卵」と合わせることで、肉の旨みをより深く引き出し、
しゃぶしゃぶでは自家製7種のつけだれが肉質ごとの個性を引き立てます。
素材の持ち味を活かすため、調味料や出汁にも国産・自家製を中心に使用しています。
食後には、和の余韻を大切にした控えめな甘さの和スイーツを。
